Aloe Vera has a "Healing Gel" that means well. This succulent plant name comes from two root words: "aloeh" is an Arabic word meaning bitter, and "vera" is Latin for "truth."

I found it interesting that a "Healing Gel" can mean well and hold a root of the "bitter truth". I imagine Like yin and yang, compounding to the light and dark of what healing is.

Healing is not a beautiful process, It sometimes come from an ugly place. Like Alchemy The bitter truth once faced becomes a journey and not a race. I can see why this plant forms it's pricks along its side, similar to a rose. Lively Green yet the ability to grow within Brazil to even within a desert. This plant is one pretty tough cookie.. I admire how it can manage to endure a lot.
